We prioritize the health of our fish by refraining from administering any medications that could potentially shorten their lifespan. Instead, we carefully monitor the fish in a quarantine tank with a UV sterilizer for a period of two weeks. Only after confirming that the fish show no signs of illness will we make them available for sale. We are committed to ensuring that all our fish are healthy before they reach our customers. Additionally, we provide a 24-hour refund policy in the event of any fish fatalities, contingent upon water testing conducted by our team.
Our preferred payment methods are cash or CNB wire transfers upon delivery but you can also purchase through our website.
